The DTS turnkey integrated water recovery system, suitable for new and existing retort installations, provides an engineered and seamless solution designed to redeploy the water in the retort for the supply in the plant reuse for heat and refrigeration applications. The system is managed by a sterilizer controller with built-in flexibility and an independent HMI to select parameters to provide the most effective water-saving model for the needs of the plant.
Energy recovery is aims to the integrated recycling of steam energy, thermal energy and water resources that DTS will discharge, which can not be recycled use according to the workflow of the sterilization retort, thereby helping customers reduce production costs.
