In June, a customer suggested that DTS should provide inspection and test work for the selection of sterilization kettle and sterilization packaging bag. Based on DTS’s understanding of the packaging bag in the sterilization industry for many years, it recommended customers to carry out on-site inspections. Inspired by this event, and in order to better serve customers and understand the cooperation between the sterilization kettle and the packaging bag during the sterilization process, the general manager of DTS launched an exchange activity with Zhucheng Dingtai Packaging. The purpose of this event is to better understand the cooperation between the sterilization retort and the packaging bag, and to better determine the cause of the problems in the flexible packaging during the sterilization process.
At 9 o’clock in the morning, the staff of Zhucheng Dingtai arrived at DTS. The activities included workshop visits, on-site explanations, laboratory demonstrations and communication in the meeting room. Mainly explained the sterilization method of sterilization pot, pressure control, heat distribution, F0 value and other professional knowledge, and what factors of the sterilization kettle will cause the deformation of the packaging bag. At 11 o’clock, DTS staff arrived at Zhucheng Dingtai Packaging. I visited the production and production workshop of the packaging bag and the printing workshop, briefly understood the composition of the packaging bag, and explained the composition and structure of the packaging bag in the sample room. The whole tour and explanation process continued until 12:30.
This communication activity is very meaningful for both companies. In the future, DTS will strengthen communication with upstream and downstream companies, provide customers with continuous help, and help customers solve any resistance that affects the sterilization effect. DTS focuses on sterilization business and high-end quality.
