In December 2019, DTS and Malaysia’s Nestle Coffee OEM factory reached a project cooperation intention and established a cooperative relationship at the same time. The project equipment includes automatic loading and unloading cages, automatic transfer of cage baskets, a sterilization kettle with a diameter of 2 meters, and a commercial production line for Nestle canned ready-to-drink coffee. The plant is a joint venture between a company in Malaysia, Nestlé and a company in Japan. It mainly produces Nestle canned coffee and MILO products. From the preliminary inspection to the later period, the DTS team and the customer Malaysia factory users, Japanese thermal processing experts, Nestlé thermal processing experts have conducted many technical discussions. DTS finally won the trust of customers with its excellent product quality, technical strength and engineering experience.
In June, DTS officially assembled and commissioned the Malaysian project. The acceptance meeting was officially opened at 2 pm on June 11th. DTS enabled four live mobile cameras to control the loading and unloading system, cage transport system, cage tracking system, cage in-kettle drive system and a series of procedures such as sterilization kettle. Waiting for the acceptance. The video acceptance continues until 4 pm. The entire acceptance process is very smooth. The equipment runs from product loading to unloading from the kettle. What DTS can gain the trust of customers at home and abroad is because DTS members consistently adhere to “DTS quality” along the way. Regarding the quality of the equipment, we can’t bear to let it go, strictly in accordance with the standard requirements to ensure welding accuracy, processing accuracy, and assembly accuracy, and create “DTS quality” with “professional”.
