After steaming, the sterilization retort will be heated up to 121, and the sterilization time will be set according to the specific sterilization process of the product, waiting for the end of sterilization and then cooling, and the instant bird's nest will be ready to be discharged from the retort.

High-precision temperature and pressure sensors for data acquisition, arithmetic control to ensure that the temperature and pressure curve in the sterilization retort is smooth. Controller real-time F0 value calculation, the data in the process of operation are recorded through the PLC and real-time transmission to the central controller for data computing to be recorded and saved, in order to facilitate production management and traceability, to effectively ensure product stability.

5, in the event of operating errors, the system will respond in time to pop-up alarm prompts to remind the operator to react in time.
